Sherry, a native Vermonter, is a state-licensed certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience. Sherry graduated from Champlain and Trinity Colleges in Burlington, Vermont, and completed the trust tax program at the renowned Cannon Financial Institute. Cannon is the premier provider of professional development for the world's top financial organizations. After over a decade working in secondary education and corporate administration, Sherry decided to change careers. She returned to school and became a CPA. Current professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of CPAs.
Sherry lives in Burlington and likes to spend time with family and friends visiting their homes throughout Vermont in St. Albans, Brookfield, Colchester, off the grid in Rochester, and on the Maquam Shore of Lake Champlain in Swanton. She travels to see those out of state in Natick, Massachusetts, near Boston; Venice Beach, Florida; and Salt Lake City and Alta, Utah.
